It is an exceptionally difficult to deliver a job when the customer has a clear views on what they don’t want but a cloudy vision of what they do! I found you had the ready ability to develop that vision in conjunction with the customer (me!).

Some of the work was particularly challenging  and I was particularly impressed by your design skills and willingness to change that design to meet the customer requirement.
